Stirring the motions with V

You don't need to be a fan of electronic music to get excited about the The V Motion Project.
V presented an ambitious challenge – to create a way of making music using only body movement as an instrument. A team including music producer Joel Little and motion artist Josh Cesan took up this challenge, resulting in a new track entitled 'Can't Help Myself' (see below) and plenty of attention.

The project took the combined skills of technology experts, motion graphics artists, dancers, guitarists, marching bands and even Burundi drummers! A series of webisodes tracked the progress of the project, sustaining and building relationships with the audience and working up suspense to the big reveal.

The Green Room Verdict: The V Motion Project is a great fit with the youth target demographic. Heavily supported by George FM, the ensuing radio coverage combined with YouTube views and V website track downloads look set to secure The V Motion Project as a viral hit (as well as a musical one).
